These terms cover the Project Avenue beta: the iPhone app you get through TestFlight (it
shows up as “Avenue”) and this website. Project Avenue is made by MooseQuest LLC
(“we” or “us”). By using the beta, you agree to these terms.
Apple’s TestFlight terms apply too.
1. Who can join
You need to be at least 18, with an iPhone running iOS 17
or later and an Apple Account with two-factor authentication turned on.
2. It’s a beta
The app is unfinished. Features may change, move, or disappear, and things will break. You
could lose data you put in. We may reset the beta, pause it, end it, or end your access,
and we’ll try to give notice when we can. We haven’t decided whether trips
made in the beta will carry over to a later version.
3. It’s free
The beta is free. Nothing in it charges you.
4. Your account
You sign in with your Apple Account, so keep your iPhone and your Apple Account secure. If
you think someone else got into your account, email support@moosequest.net.
5. What you put in
What you add, like trip details, ideas, and notes, stays yours. You give us permission to
store it, process it, and show it to the people on your trips, only to run and improve the
beta. That includes sending trip details to our AI provider to suggest ideas and build
plans, as described in the privacy policy. When you delete
something, this permission ends, apart from the copies the privacy policy says we keep for
a time.
6. Other people
Only invite people who would expect to hear from you. Everyone on a trip can see
members’ names and photos, the plan, and the group details, so don’t add
someone else’s private information, like health details, without their OK.
7. Use it fairly
Don’t use the beta to break the law, harass anyone, or send spam. Don’t try to
get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, overload or disrupt the service, or
copy it with automated tools. If you find a security problem, please tell us at
support@moosequest.net instead of using it.
8. Ideas and plans are suggestions
Ideas are generated with AI from your trip details, and plans are built from them. They
can be wrong, out of date, closed, or not right for you. Check hours, availability,
prices, access, and safety yourself before you go. The app doesn’t book anything or
handle money. Links to other sites are run by those sites, not by us.
9. Feedback
If you send us feedback, we can use it to improve Project Avenue without owing you
anything for it. Please leave other people’s personal information out of feedback.
10. Our app
The app, this website, and their designs belong to us. You may use the beta for your own
personal trips and for testing. Please don’t copy, resell, or take apart the app.
11. No promises
The beta is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
We don’t promise it will work, be available, or be free of errors.
12. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected
losses from using the beta, including lost data or plans that didn’t work out. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability for any claim about the beta is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which during the beta is nothing.
13. Ending
You can stop using the beta at any time by deleting the app. To have your account deleted,
email support@moosequest.net. We can end your access at any time, especially if you break
these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the effective date at the top. For a
meaningful change, we’ll tell beta testers by email or in the TestFlight notes
before it takes effect.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States law. If the law where you live gives you rights these terms can’t take away, you keep those rights.
